Refunds, Terms, and Compliance
- No refunds are issued after dispute letters have been sent, as all negative accounts are actively and lawfully challenged.
- Your payment serves as an electronic signature, confirming your agreement to all terms and conditions.
- Failure to maintain your payment plan or cancellation of credit monitoring without prior notice will result in immediate termination of services.
- Harassment or non-compliance will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to dismiss clients and issue refunds at our discretion if terms are violated.
- We do not rush the process. Under federal law, credit bureaus have up to 45 days to respond to disputes.
